The green kind, white kind, or the tiny variety?

Their kind of green but the older they are they turn brown.

A pale brown, of sorts? I'm a terrible judge of beans. What dishes do you make with them?

We cook them with bacon and water. My family likes to eat them as New Years tradition. Like boiled in water, with salt, pepper and raw bacon

Just black eyed peas. My family does it too.
