Update 2. Help

I lost my creativity as I am not adjusting to not having my family and friends in the group home.
I live with a bully (( she literally just snapped asking I was talking about her))
I am going to start volunteering at the animal shelter.
But I can’t write or draw my ocs
I need advice… I am unhappy because I can’t afford hearing aids 34k and my inheritance might never come.

im losing who I am. I can’t even hear my imaginary world, im overstimulated by the tv and i have no one to rely on.
