    You know, I saw an article on the news about a tourist being stupid and climbing one of the Inca's ruins. Had no idea that was illegal but it doesn't surprise me. Surprised me the lady did it.

    If I were a tourist, I wouldn't do those things; it's just ruins everything and makes anyone angry in the world for the ones who vandalized anything for a foolish reason whether it's for a protest or carving its name on it, that's just wrong and awful.

    It's because it hinges on the idea that everyone wants to be ordinary (aka "normal") and that being anything other should be punishable socially. It stems from imperial modes of thinking that harm people not white-cis-straight-abled-perisex-etc because the idea of normal is centred on "some guy"-isms
