Dream
Just a dream that showed up, I have permission from the people here to write them in.
An agent came rushing in hoping to catch Chase, they had found something in the middle of the training field. They had been engaged in a training operation, when they had stumbled upon something...
This is how I would imagine our first meeting, hope you don't mind too much.
Poem for Not-Applicable
Late one night, was a knock on the door.
It came from someone, I never herd before.
Pray tell me stranger, what is your name?
Nobody at all, was the reply that came.
Certainly you must, be...
I do apologize in taking so long on this one.
Poem for Joe
Merriness, mirth, hope and laughter.
Each day you write, another of life's chapters.
Behind a whimsical grin, sharp wit lies within.
Taken under, unexpected wings.
That lone teacher, thought you many things.
One day you left, to...
Poem for Zack
A rabbits foot, always with you.
If it was not for luck, what would you do?
No matter what, trouble you get in.
Somehow you always, get right out again.
Though many a narrow escape, you have braved.
Always it seems, you pass through unscathed.
Collected and cool, you always...
Poem for Julie Justice
Julie Justice, nothing brings you down.
When someone is needed, you are always around.
Friendly smiles, warms everyone's heart.
Wake up every day, eager to start.
A helping hand, whenever on call.
Though you are humble, through it all.
A merry chase, is your delight.
In...
To Ivy I dedicate this poem.
Poem for Ivy
Fiery hair,to match a fiery soul.
A person, most courageous and bold.
You are a leader, most brave and true.
No matter the hardship, you will get through.
Always prepared, with a confidant stance.
Never giving danger, a second chance.
Despite such a...
Poem for Jade
Jade, bold, brave, and true.
ACME is quite, proud of you.
Always there, when they call.
Warm heart, and helping hand to all.
Someone you, can forever trust.
A friendship that, will never go bust.
Constant companion, her cat Sam.
Willing to cheer up, whomever he can.
No matter...
Poem for Chase
There you are, perched upon your chair.
Wonder what thoughts lie there.
At home, like a falcon in its nest.
This is the place, to take a rest.
Keen eyes, that see into the soul.
Wonder what, things you behold.
A hard exterior, hides a loyal gentle heart.
Life's fire burns...
Interview with Invader part one.
I just want to say thank you to Ivy for providing the questions. This is a get to know Invader kind of story.
It was a quiet evening on the roof of the stardust hotel Ivy, was gazing out over the canyon that the hotel sat next to. The stars shone brightly...
A new recruit welcoming.
I own no one here except for myself, and some of the rookies mentioned here.
This was a dream, I had one morning partially inspired by a IC chat.
It was a quiet afternoon at ACME headquarters, the other agents were getting ready to greet the new rookies coming in...
I have created some poems for the agents here.
Poem for rose
No one knows, where you were born.
Into this world , wondrously formed.
Were you brought, from a distant moon?
Or created from, a most magical tune?
Wondrous flower, of marvelous design.
Brilliant blossom, one of a kind.
Mystery and...
Journey to Della's calf- A part one
I own no one here and have permission to write from Julie.
For the first time in a long while Julie had a day off, there were no crimes in progress nor was she needed. The past two days had been very peaceful, it was wonderful to finally have a chance to...
Just a attempted sonnet inspired by the lady in red.
Crimson butterfly
Oh lady born of air and fire, whom all the world desires.
A thousand hands, seek your capture.
You slip though them all with crystal laughter.
Happily singing in the face of disaster.
Your life full, of both sorrow and...

Memories of east wind.
I own everything here, east wind was an A.I. found in the labs one day. I miss her terribly, and hope she remembers me and comes back.
When we first met I was very afraid, but we became fast friends in the labs. I loved her in a way and she felt the same way. Time...
An unexpected friend part one
I own no one here but myself, and have permission from Julie to write them in.
Julie Justice was in the basement laundry room half way through a weeks worth of laundry. She had had no time to catch up on it, till now and was quietly singing to herself while...
Becoming the laundry room ghost.
I own no one here but myself.
Invader is walking down the hallway to the research library, it is very late in the night and all is quiet and still. She walks down the hall as if she is expecting to run into some of the enforcers that patrol the labs. She...
Meeting Kidman.
I only own myself here, and I have permission to write from kidman.
Kidman was sitting in the safe house drawing away on a sketch pad, there was nothing more to do but wait. The person she was partnered with was away ,and she had been instructed to stay put till they...
Hesitation: Pause before saying or doing something, especially through uncertainty
Sometimes breaking the ice takes a while, you want to jump off that cliff and fly. However you still wont make that jump just yet. Sooner or later one has to make that jump, you can't stay grounded forever...
April fools day
I do not own anyone here but me.
All was quiet at ACME headquarters except for Invader who was making final preparations on some pranks. Tomorrow was April fools day and she had a few people in mind that she took a liking to. Very quietly she crept into several of the rooms and...
Was just thinking, when someone says think outside the box....why does it have to be a box? Why can't it be anything you want? Like a closet? Or a door? Hehe
Why did we decide creativity requires escaping from something? Why do so many of our metaphors for creativity imply that ordinary thinking is a restriction?
It's because it hinges on the idea that everyone wants to be ordinary (aka "normal") and that being anything other should be punishable socially. It stems from imperial modes of thinking that harm people not white-cis-straight-abled-perisex-etc because the idea of normal is centred on "some guy"-isms

Unrelated question....are political questions allowed? Also really confused why people keep calling the U.S. a democracy when we are supposed to be a Republic....
Unrelated question....are political questions allowed? Also really confused why people keep calling the U.S. a democracy when we are supposed to be a Republic....
Define "political questions". Also, we are a constitutional Republic with Democratically elected representation. I will argue until my dying day that the greatest thing the Founding Fathers created was the Electoral College
Ohh. Ohh. I just learned something new today by gardening. I am growing bush beans, never done them before. I wondered why the bean pods were popping open. So I took a picture and googled it. Come to find out that's the FLOWER! Apparently it has to flower first before the beans come in. Lul
