No, it's coming. Likely from Virgin Galactic first. SpaceX or some other upstart next. -

They can't seem to settle on a path forward for their second stage. "We're partnering with SpaceX. No we aren't. We'll launch Lockheed rockets. No, we'll develop something in house. Now we want to go with Boeing. Take us back please, SpaceX."
