Molly inherited her mother's chiseled Eastern European features, blue eyes and blonde hair. Although considered rather attractive, her natural pout and angled brows make her seem pensive or even slightly annoyed when she isn't focused.
Her sense of style is generally very feminine, and you will never see her in a pair of pants. At work, Molly's wears conservative and professional attire. She's usually seen in pastel colored blouses or sweaters with dark skirts under her lab coat.
Character Background
Marie Olivia (Molly) O'Sullivan works days processing trace evidence for the ACME Crime Lab. Her specialty is Forensic Botany.
Born in San Fransisco to an Irish father and a Ukrainian mother, Molly spoke with a mixed accent until she entered the public school system. During her time in University, Molly supplemented her income by acting in a series of B-Horror movies. She gained a small fan following for her starring role in "Chopping Spree".
Molly bartends on evenings at O'Sullivan's Sports Bar (owned by her father) and was familiar with many members of ACME and SFPD before starting her internship at the Crime Lab. Her family is especially close to the Monaghans and she is a childhood friend of Zack and Ivy.
Personality
An incurable optimist, Molly is confident and quick to get into a conversation even amongst strangers. Her voice is chirpy and she is a fast talker, though when she is over excited or distressed her natural Ukrainian accent may take over, causing her grammar to fracture.
Due to working at O'Sullivan's bar, Molly's movements are hectic and she is quick to react to things. She is fast at doing her lab work, and can juggle Erlenmeyer flasks like a pro. However Molly can also overestimate her ability to multitask, which lead to some clumsy and embarrassing situations.
