No one knows exactly how Carmine came to be at VILE. Some say she was adopted by Carmen in a rare moment of sentiment; some say Carmine just stowed away on a VILE plane one time and has never left the group since.
Whatever the case may be, Carmine has become a fixture at VILE HQ. Carmine is usually cared for by the various VILE Agents and Henchmen and can sometimes be found tailing them on missions or just sneaking around the place.

Like any cat, Carmine can be a tad bipolar. She's warm and friendly to those she likes, but rub her the wrong way (literally) and you might become her newest scratching post.
Carmine isn't really a violent cat for the most part; she prefers being sneaky and stealthy, and on occasion, naughty.
It is rumoured that Carmine seems to be able to understand human conversation though since she can't speak, we'll never quite know what she thinks.

You know, there was a question from one of my fb pages I follow that asked, if time travel were possible what event would you visit in history and change. My response was that I'd stop or make sure Hitler were never born. And then I began thinking about it. And thought....how would that change ACME? Would we still be Anerican and international? Would we still have The united nations and NATO?
