Most of the other items are mundane. Radiator system upgrades, computer upgrades, including the assistive AI, and making a few inroads towards more modularity. -

And I suppose saying modifying the base layer would be more appropriate. It's a bit of optical physics trickery that lets it act as its own sensor. -
