Technically yes since his mom is but she decided to have him under my bed so he’s been living in a climate controlled bubble. He just turned one month old today and has figured out there’s a bigger world than what's under my bed. So before he decides to embark on a great journey across my floor to his mom's food bowl in the kitchen I have to get things kitty-proofed.
When he's a little older and can follow his mom it's off to the outside with him to see his Cat family (His Great Aunt showed up with his new cousin yesterday). His grandpa, grandma, aunt, and cousin all live outdoors like farm cats and the neighbors (and mouse population) keep them well fed.
The other cats in the area are taken care of by friendly residents too(mostly because they realize they get free rodent control). My cats (Riki(his mom) and Devious(his uncle)) have their grandpa to thank for their spoiled lives he controls the territory and any new mean cats are sent packing by him, granny, and their aunt.
OK, well, them just keep doing what you're doing, then. ? Keep handling this baby, to keep him as friendly as possible, so he wants to stay around. Kitty-proof things the best you can; use baby-gates; and make sure other doors and gate are closed when you leave. ?
One of housecats was a barncat, but we brought him inside several years ago, after he broke his leg. He recovered quickly, but due to the of ? spent on him he is now an inside-cat-with-outside-privileges. He's very good at catching ?. ?
He is a cousin to several of our barcats. All the critters around here are fed by us and our neighbors; and there is even a group of strays that hang out by a MacDonald's a few miles away. ?
We're happy to take care of whatever critters cross our path. It's mostly cats. We caught most of our male and female barncats and took them to a traveling pet-fix truck; but a few days ago mom found a new 3-wk old kitten that someone just dropped off.
That's very ? when a ? slows down on our ? (which is part of the state highway system; nowhere to pull over) and tosses out a ? just cuz they ? a barn.
Hey @Tenchi Masaki You remember the threads where we put 5 words in French, Spanish amd other languages? Could you teach us some Japanese words please? I think it'd be fun!
Breaking news: historians believe that they've uncovered a cache of pencils that once belonged to William Shakespeare. A spokesperson said, "They're so badly chewed on the ends, we can't tell if they're 2B or not 2B."
