...Gene Roddenberry is one of the creators of star trek and Nimoy is the name of one of the actors. Its not necessarily supposed to be a tribute, but a parody. References may be present in both but the way the story is adapted and portrayed gives the story, how the kids say, its Vibe- Victorique
