I went into settings/ power/ all that and turned off all power saving things. In the tall manager it says it's been on over 14 days. The only way I can get it to turn completely off now is closing the lid off the laptop. Why doesn't the power off work from the start menu and only put it in sleep... -

Who were the techies again? My Win10 won't shut down all the way. I go to the start menu and click power off and it goes into sleep mode. I went into the CMD and ran as administrator and typed in powercfg -h off. That didn't work so.... -
