It used to be CATS then that movie happened (grumble grumble) but it was more for nostalgic purposes. The movie was saying "move on kid it's over".

However, I've found it something with a software company called SoftKey International in which they did trade name the Learning Company after taking it over in 1995 and made a worst deal with Mattel in 1999.
