Ivan was a teenage inventor and engineer with ACME. He invented the Chronoskimmer and the Babel translator.
Now Ivan has an updated version of the Babel translator to include translating the language of a certain intergalactic alien thief with a trumpet-like suction nose.
He spends his days in his lab trying to come up with things to help society.
