Since our characters are (for the most part) fiercely loyal to their respective organisations/leaders, I want to ask "why?".

Why is your character so loyal to his/her respective leader/organisation?
What about your character's leader inspires him/her?

Loyalty is easy for me, I'm decently consistent. I picked something I was good at and stuck to it. As far as inspiration goes, law enforcement is never short of good people. I still take Suhara's wisdom, Barbara Rosen's wit, and Dr. Weller's tenacity to heart.

As a child, I saw many actions end with a negative result in Detroit. It fueled me to make sure that I stayed on the right path and ultimately what led me to ACME. I knew I had a skill-set that would be very helpful to ACME and would lead to great friendships in return.

I've always admired people who are loyal. I suppose that is why I, in turn, am loyal. Most loyalty I have in regards to ACME comes from a decision rather than something I felt. They pay me, and I loyally do my job.

Ivy's family has a background in law enforcement, so she was raised with the ideal that loyalty was of utmost importance. She honors people with that trait, and therefore looks up to Chief Weller, Suhara and (sometimes) Chase Devineaux.

Aside from the loyalty itself, Ivy is headstrong and choose ACME as her own career path early on in life. Her dedication may also be due to personal stubbornness. Her ideals have only swayed due to her interactions and admiration for Carmen Sandiego.

I have always treated loyalty as an important value in life. When I joined VILE, I had and still have every intention of staying loyal and true to Carmen and the organization.

But with VILE and Carmen, it goes beyond just loyalty. There is also kinship, friendship, family and love.

VILE is the closest thing I have to family now and I treat its members (at least those I perceive to be a loyal faction of it) as my own friends and family.

With Carmen, I tend to think that we share many ideals and have a certain kinship. She's a sister figure to me in many ways and I treat her with the undying love and loyalty only a brother could give to his sister.

One could say I would go to the ends of the earth for her...oh wait, I already have! Ha ha!

Loyalty is an odd occurrence, sometimes born of conviction and other times born of convenience. The convenience occurred when I rediscovered the business card of (then) Field Director Chase Devineaux. The conviction occurred after an extraction mission, my first, on the Taklamakan Desert. The rest... as is often asserted, is history.

ACME is not perfect, no organisation can claim to be--at least, not objectively. For now, in this moment of time, I belong here--and am, somehow, needed here--and here I am welcomed. Conviction... and convenience.
