((OOC: Please note, that being that I cannot get ahold of Chase or any of the board or other long-time members to get permission to use their characters, I chose to use my own characters in their place.
For the time being, Assistant Director Kirk McDouglas from the Philadelphia branch office is filling in for Director Devineaux, being that Chase is on a personal leave.
The board is at a conference in Bern, Switzerland, and Assistant Director McDouglas is handling what the board handles.
Doctor Sophie Conrad is at a medical conference in London. Doctor Linda Collen is filling in for Sophie.
If anyone wants to use these characters for their own stories, go ahead. If you want to expand on them, go ahead.))

((Also, this is the best I can do without talking things over with @Chase or anyone. Hope this helps somehow, somewhat, sometime.))

Chief Everard Weller – Overall chief and head of ACME worldwide. Currently vice president on the Board of Directors, and is stationed out of the San Francisco office.

Barbara Rosen – Vice President of the Board of Directors.

Marcus Rasmussen – Vice President of the Board of Directors.

Director Chase Devineaux – Director of Operations at ACME, with all agents reporting to him. Temporarily replaced by Assistant Kirk McDouglas from the Philadelphia branch of ACME, who is cleared to handle the Board’s duties as needed.

Seldavia Mociyambuti – Ethnic Relations, Ambassador

Ivy Monaghan – Currently unit commander for ACME’s International Crimes Division

Eugene Grovington – Chief pilot for ACME. Former chef.

Sophie Conrad – Chief of medicine at ACME’s hospital. Temporarily replaced by Doctor Linda Collen.

Tatyana Erzin – Head of public relations for/at ACME

Zack Monaghan – Special agent

Jon Eckart – Agent; recent hire

All of the below are subject to the S.O.U.L Contract and appropriate NDA documents (unless noted)
ACME – Internationally recognized detective agency; ACME does not replace local police, though agents have authority to arrest criminals from cases they are pursuing.

Chief - Overall head of ACME internationally; Chief reports to the Board. Immune to S.O.U.L contract.

Board of Directors – Group, including Chief Weller, who decides rule and policy changes; rarely interacts with Agents. Immune to S.O.U.L contract. Currently, business handled by Assistant Director McDouglas.

Director - All agents report to Director, unless an extreme situation occurs. Reports to Chief Weller, sometimes reports to the Board.

Unit Commander – In charge of an individual area/division of ACME. Reports to Director Devineaux/Assistant Director McDouglas, and Chief Weller.

Medical staff – ACME has and maintains its own hospital, and some badge-carrying agents are medical staff, though not all medical staff are Agents. Medical staff are cleared to Top Secret clearance in case a patient reveals sensitive information. Reports to Chief of Medicine, Director Devineaux/Assistant Director McDouglas, or Chief Weller.

Medical center – ACME’s hospital, handles mainly ACME staff, though will handle overflow from area hospitals and clinics whenever needed, as well as VILE and criminals. Same as Agency, staffed 24/7 year-round.

Chief of ACME Medical: Currently, Sophie Conrad, replaced by Doctor Linda Collen. Not always an Agent, graduated top of class.

Special Agent – Agent recognized as being exemplary in some way. Reports to Director Devineaux o/Assistant Director McDouglasr Chief Weller.

Agent – Card-carrying licensed ACME Agent. Reports to Director Devineaux/Assistant Director McDouglas or Chief Weller.

Informant – Unofficially considered part of ACME; turns information over to ACME in exchange for freedom or sometimes money. Reports to an Agent, Special Agent, Director Devineaux/Assistant Director McDouglas, or Chief Weller.

Academy Staff – Agents from various fields, particularly experienced in what class they teach. Reports to Director Devineaux/Assistant Director McDouglas.
Public relations – Handles ACME’s public appearance and press relations. Reports to Director Devineaux/Assistant Director McDouglas and Chief Weller, has several trainees/helpers as needed. Currently, Tatianna Erzin.

Roundabouts – Criminals who have turned in other criminals in exchange for their freedom, quite often for a monetary reward. Reports to Director Devineaux/Assistant Director McDouglas, Chief Weller, Ambassadors, Unit Commanders (whoever is available as needed, starting from the bottom going up the chain of command).

Consultant – Civilian assisting ACME with a case; limited access to everything except the hospital, which is open to everyone. Reports to Director Devineaux/Assistant Director McDouglas, Chief Weller (when needed), Ambassadors, Unit Commanders.

Tech support: Various Agents from throughout the Agency with proficiency in technology areas, along with specially trained people. Maintains the various computer systems and information technology throughout the Agency. Occasionally tech support personnel travel to other branches to assist with their issues. Cleared beyond Top Secret. Reports to the Director or Chief Weller.

Front desk: Multi-lingual, trained in directing calls to the appropriate area or Agent, holds high security clearance. Also, is the first point of contact between the public and the Agency. Typically, tends to be hired from outside the Agency. Can be promoted to Agent if wanted, and approved. Has access to building and Medical the same as ACME staff. Reports to Director Devineaux/Assistant Director McDouglas and Chief Weller, as well as Agents in general, as needed per situation.

Security guards: Patrol the building and grounds, act as escorts when needed. Can be called on phone, communicator or handheld radio as needed. Reports to Agents, staff, the Board, Director Devineaux/Assistant Director McDouglas or Chief Weller as needed.

Custodians: Cleans the building day and night, maintains the grounds and building support systems (HVAC, both sprinkler systems (water and Halon), building repairs). Holds security clearance to get into all areas. Reports to Director Devineaux/Assistant Director McDouglas, Chief Weller, Agents in general, Chief of Medicine, Department heads, Unit Commanders, any other staff around ACME, as needed.

Staff: General employees throughout the Agency, handle basic paperwork and interview prep tasks, along with assisting with anything throughout the Agency buildings. Reports to everyone.

Gophers: Interns and trainees who rush information between areas when rushed delivery is needed. Has minimal security clearance, typically have a short employment.

Throughout each department in the Agency, there are various gophers (trainee Agents) who transport time-sensitive information around when inter-office mail would be too slow (a vacuum-tube system, similar to a bank’s, was tried, and failed when scaling it up became much too complicated).
There are a team of lawyers (some under the full employ of the Agency, some from local firms) around ACME or on call at all times.
There are also liaisons between area law enforcement agencies and ACME; ACME has an Agent posted there, and they have an officer posted at ACME.

I have a few questions. 1) Is this a fanfiction? (Because people can use pre-existing versions of cannon characters, as well as characters they create, in fanfictions without asking permission). 2) Please explain the SOUL Contract. Is it just a creative element of your story? Or is your story a role-play, and is this your way of asking us to play with you? (Because it would be simpler to say it that way, too.)

S.O.U.L Contract (Yes, I edited it a bit to link to my copy of it, didn't touch the rest).
I consider what's on the TECS Wiki to be canon, though there is some leeway and creative license (?... is that the right word?) with how that info is used on here, to my knowledge.
Remember, I'm not the final word in anything... I have no say, at all in anything besides what I post. If a vote was held, and everyone decided I should leave, I will.
As far as this one, I've been working on this for a while... since I got here... was going to run it past @Chase, but you know that situation... if people don't want it here, it'll be gone.
I'm not trying to say 'it's this way or the highway' or anything... I try to keep my posts in the same universe that the major R.Ps are in... far as I know, I can't use Julie or anyone in anything without running it past you or whoever, so, because I can't get ahold of certain members, I came up with "temporary replacements" for them.
I have (unless I messed up) only brought one character (that would be Shirley) over from another story I'm working on... and that's with permission to adopt the story.

((IRL: Now that I have a desk again to work at, I've been working my way through long dormant stuff in my 'To Post' folder... I started the Hierarchy document before @Chase went M.I.A))

I Guess, long term... it'd be great if we could all get together on a bigger story like the site used to.

I understand now, Jonny and the character Shirley [ not based on the 1992 version of WITWICS? as a travel agent of the Employee Travel Agency, I don't own the game whatsoever], well you should have asked me first I'm the one who pick the name of the receptionist myself and I'm worried about any of the non-canon characters who are discriminated against anyone with a disability working for ACME.

I'm not against you or your stories next time ask anyone who create more than just your own non-canon characters.

I'm so sorry I was surprised, shocked and appalled that's all.

Thanks for your comment, Jon. That is good to know.

I'm sure we can all agree that one of the most difficult things in thinking up names for characters in a fan-fiction, whether a story includes cannon characters or not, is coming up with a good name, and maybe a tiny bit of backstory for them.

So, Jade, maybe the fact that you and Jon have both come up with a similar character named Shirley, is just a coincidence. Jon has already assured us that he knows he can't use characters like you (or any character you make up) or Lucy or I without our permission.

As far as the characters themselves, all I really see, is a name, and a brief, yet detailed description that they will play in Jon's story. I really don't see anything that makes me think that any of them would discriminate against an ACME agent that had any kind of disability; and if ACME were a real place, I'm sure that would not be allowed, either. We all have something good to contribute, here. 🙂
