Jan 8, 2018 at 7:55 PM - Julie Justice: *hears the *ding* of the timer, and gets up. Looks For, and finds 2 more large dinner plates and puts them on the counter. Puts on the oven mitts and takes the teiaki wings out of the oven and puts them on the counter. She picks up the tongs and puts them on a plate. She does the same with the wasabi wings.

Jan 8, 2018 at 8:10 PM - Julie Justice: *gets 2 mixing bowls out of the cupboards. She looks for and finds a roll of tape, and a marker. She tears off 2 fairly long pieces of tape. On one piece she writes very neatly, 'Jamaican Jack Chicken." She puts it on one bowl. On the other picece of tape she writes,"Tandori Chicken" and puts it on the other bowl.

Jan 8, 2018 at 9:03 PM - Julie Justice: *looks through the cupboards and finds most of the ingredients easily enough. *Chops 2 onions *her eyes watering a little*, and puts some both bowls; and puts 1/2 cup green onions into the bowl marked "Jamaican Jerk Chicken." She *chops up 2 habenero peppers. She *measures and mixes* salt, black ground pepper, allspice, brown sugar, dried thyme, vegetable oil, ground nutmeg and ground ginger. *
Jan 8, 2018 at 9:19 PM - Julie Justice: *juices 1 lemon* and measures and mixes plain yogurt, 1 clove minced garlic, fresh grated ginger root, garam marsala, freshly chopped cilantro and red and yellow food coloring in the the bowl marked "Tandori Chicken."

She looks through the cupboards and finds a crock pot, and *plugs it in* before getting the 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts that have been cut into chunks, and puts them in the "Jamaican Jerk" marinade, but saves a ilttle of the marinade for later. She carefully *puts the chicken in the crock pot, and sets the timer.*
Jan 8, 2018 at 9:48 PM - Julie Justice: *washes her hands before getting the skinless chicken, cut into lengthwise strips, and puts them into the "Tandori Chicken" marinade, putting them ito the oven, and setting the timer."
Jan 8, 2018 at 9:52 PM - Julie Justice: says,"OK, when these timers go off, our entrees will be ready to eat. The Tandori Chicken might be ready a little sooner than the Jamaican Jerk Chicken, though."

Jan 10, 2018 at 8:01 PM - Julie Justice: *sees that the *timer* on the crock pot has "run out" but decides to let the Tandoori Chicken sit for a few minutes, and while she waits for she waits for the Jamaican Jerk Chicken to be done, she makes a quick and easy basmati rice, in a pot on the stove, amd a nice Darjeeling ice tea. *
Jan 11, 2018 at 12:14 AM - Julie Justice: *turns the off the burner that the pot of basmati rice is on. Gets a few more large dinner plates and a few large serving spoons. Goes over to the crock pot with one of the large spoons, and puts the Tandoori Chicken on one of the large plates, amd puts it on the conter. *
Jan 11, 2018 at 12:39 AM - Julie Justice: *hears the *ding* of the oven timer, and puts on the oven mitts, and takes the Jamaican Jerk Chicken out of the oven. She takes off the oven mitts, and uses one of the big spoons to put the chicken on a plate, and puts it on the counter.*

Jan 11, 2018 at 9:20 PM - Julie Justice: *gets a saucer out the cupbaord. Puts it on the counter, by the Buffalo wings. Goes back to the cupboards. Looks for and finds a small bowl with a flat bottom. Goes to the fridge look for and finds some bleu cheese salad dressing and pours some into the small bowl. *
Jan 11, 2018 at 9:25 PM - Julie Justice: *goes back to the fridge, looks for and finds some celerly stalks and cuts them into smaller lengthwise pieces and puts them on the saucer, around the bleu cheese dressing.*

Jan 12, 2018 at 6:12 PM - Julie Justice: *washes her hands a little.* Goes back over to the cupboards, and gets a few smaller dinner plate, silverare, and cups and begins to *set the table.* Takes some paper towels off the roll, and *folds them* and puts them by the plates. Goes over to the fridge and gets out the Darjeeling ice tea, and puts it on the table.*

She takes 1 each of all the wings, including the Wasabi wings, and puts it on her plate. She goes over to the breadbox and takes a fresh sourdough roll from the famous Acme Bakery in San Francisco. She sits down at the table, pours herself a glass of tea, and starts to eat her food. *
